Great idea and it works beautifully.
Do you plan on extend the current version, so more language pairings are possible (e.g. Spanish-German or English-French etc.)? That would be marvelous :-)

Can any support be added from "wording.info" for picture dictionary, to download their picture as an extra info. If this can be added as an extra field to the word, as the website has limited picture illustrations.

The latest update incorporates the oxford built-in dictionary of mac computers. This should be a much faster option for mac computers.

You are correct: the addon ought to automatically add the "edit" tag to the sentence field; the sentence should be editable (e.g. to correct OCR mistakes), but the definition should not (so as to support the redefine feature). If this is not working please report the problem at https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/vocabular-extractor-support/132.

Yeah, would love something like this for Korean, even if it was able to just pull out all the words in the text into a deck (though that'd mean finding the roots of all the words, so it's a bit complicated...)

Great idea.

Is there a way to use it for other languages – say, Ancient Greek or Latin?

Haven't checked it, but it deserves upvote straight from the description. Hope it supports at least mobi and fb2. Great if it works with subtitles too.
Comment from author
Thank you for the suggestion: it now supports .fb2 and .mobi. (However, plain text is better when possible.)
