Back Any average that has multiplying factors to give different weights to data at different positions in the sample window.Mathematically, the moving average is the convolution of the datum points with a fixed weighting function.
Front functional data analysis
Back analyzing data providing information about curves, surfaces or anything else varying over a continuum. eg: time, spatial location, wavelength, probabilityhint: use derivativesleads to purely functional models such as those defined by differential equations, often called dynamical systems.
