Transliterations are incorrect and omitting vowels, no pronunciations, incomplete diacritics. As a beginner, I cannot figure out proper pronounciation.

Responding to 2024-06-23 comment (note, I am not the original creator) - Whilst it is true that Modern Standard Arabic pronounces each letter, the omission of the qaaf, as in your example of 'ahwe' instead of 'qahwe' is common in Levantine dialect, particularly within Jerusalem.
The phonetics are as intended for a speaker of this dialect.
I can also say as a learner of Arabic myself, learning in phrases has proven much more helpful than individual words. I have found this deck extremely useful and I hope you will too!
on
not good transcription in phonetics
For example, coffee is said "qa3wa"/"قهوة" in arab, but here it is transcripted something like "ahwe"
Arab letters are simple, it's like German, they have only one pronunciation : so how can a "qaf" be prononced "ah" ?
+ not recommanded for beginners : cards contains whole phrases, not words : I think most beginners will search for words at first, it addresses for intermediate learners in MY opinion, so don't necesseraly listen to it

Great Deck, because my friends are all Lebanese so i can jump in the dialect ;-)
on
great work of collecting lebanese words!
some words even Lebanese don't seem to know and some English expression are vvrey unusual too. But overall: Shukran ktir!
on
Great collection, but pay attention it is LEBANESE as the author properly says so, not Jordanian neither Palestinian, which even though are very close, will have differences in many pronunciations . That is, the words are mutually comprehensible, but will clearly designate you speak the Lebanese dialect.

Amazing Resource
There are companies that have you spend hundreds of dollars on colloquial learning resources. This is a fantastic deck, especially with the different tags and useful vocabulary. Love it.
on
Unusually inclusive
This is an unusual amount of work to put into a colloquial arabic learning resource. Even professionally done resources will sometimes omit some of the details (vowing). Well done all around.

Very extensive and continues to grow
This deck is extremely helpful and valuable as it is specific to Lebanese Arabic and Arabic found in the Levant. The author continues to add new vocabulary, verbs, and phrases. The tags are helpful. Thank you for the massive amount of work you have put into this.

Awesome
Breadth is pretty awesome and the tagging makes it easier to break it down into subdecks. I would love to meet whoever made this deck.
