Anki add-on for importing Kindle highlights. Usage Choose "Import Kindle highlights..." from the "Tools" menu. Then select a file to import: Configuration You can configure the add-on by choosing "Add-ons" from the "Tools" menu, selecting the add-on and then clicking the "Config" button. Works well on 2.1.15, which is the latest version right now.

My highlights/cards are mostly single-word vocab without cloze deletions/substitutions, so after I imported, I changed the note type from Cloze to Basic.

For Kindle mobile apps, accept the default export settings (export to Email, citation style None).
