addcards close without asking even with full nid in noteid field

I use a version of the "add note id" add-on and wanted to close the addcards window without the question "Close and lose current input?" if I only have the note id in the editor. This add-on doesn't make sense for Anki 2.1.28 or newer because of technical changes in Anki: Notes in the add window have always the note id "0" before they are actually added by clicking the "add" button at the bottom of the add window. So it doesn't make sense to fill a field "note id" in the add window. So this add-on is also not needed anymore. For details see this commit.
