Works great on 2.1.47!
*Update - works fine for me on 2.1.54 Qt6
I did download the python program so I could change the 'show all' hotkey to "shift+H", which worked fine.
If I do upgrade past 2.1.53 then I'll do as others have suggested and update line 60 with "....getElementsByClassName('hint')" (instead of the getElementById('a') or whatever it currently is)

Does not appear to be working for Anki version 2.1.54 (b6a7760c)

Thanks! Works with well with Version 2.1.54

If you use a newer version as 2.1.53 like me, you should do a slight modification to make it work.
1.First, open the file "reviewer_hint_hotkeys.py". You can find the folder by clicking the button "View Files" on Anki's Add-ons panel.
2.Jump to line 60, replace the sentence with "var arr = document.getElementsByClassName('hint');"
3.Save, and restart Anki.

This seems like an amazing Add-on, too bad it's not working for me on Anki 2.1.50 and newer. Hoping for an update in the near future!

Works exactly as advertised. Helpful to keep hands on the keyboard at all times.

useful.
In 2021 there's an alternative to this add-on available at https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/hint-fields-show-one-by-one-incremental-reveal-uncovering-with-hotkey-js-only/13866/2 . The advantage of this javascript only solution is that it works without any add-on by just copying it into a card template. This allows you to only use it for the cards types where you need it.

such a useful addon that saves so much time when reviewing cards. map "H" to a mouse or controller for more efficient anki reviews.

Needed this So Bad!
Works like Magic!!!

The H shortcut works. All I needed

Should be implemented in Anki
Must have add-on

Works simply and well. I love being able to use hotkeys to feed me my hints. Thanks so much for writing this!

Really useful add-on ~ thanks a lot!
I added 'Alt' to the shortcut, so it works when a type field is active

TO ANYONE HAVING ISSUE WITH AUDIO OVERLAPPING.
1. Go to Add on > Hint Hotkeys > View Files
2. Open "reviewer_hint_hotkeys.py" with Notepad
3. Change this line
# Shortcut that will reveal all hint fields at once:
SHORTCUT_ALL = "Z"
with Z is the hotkey you want to change to. I use Z since it does not bind to any others function.
Thank Glutamine for the amazing add-on.

Working in 2.1.38

Working in latest version v2.1.35

Working in Anki Version 2.1.29

Not working anymore!

PLEASE fix the "H" replaying the audio for built in tts and not revealing the hint.
I even tried to switch the hot key to something else which still produced the audio replaying.

Very useful!

Works great other than I could not get 'g' to work to show all, and could not find any other add on shortcuts using 'g' after digging through all the files, so changed it to 'shift+H' and now it works to show all.

Works for me on 2.1.26, with one minor caveat:
h+g, in addition to revealing hints, also trigger audio files to be replayed, if those files come before the hint.
If one can live with that, the addon is still useful.

Not working anymore for anki 2.1.22
