confirm deletion

This add-on aims to prevents mindless/accidental deletions. if you press the shortcut (by default "Ctrl+Del") to delete a card (and note) in the reviewer you should see a confirmation dialog. The default is no. You can change the default in the add-on settings in the add-on configuration dialog. There is a report that this add-on does not work (see negative review below). Unfortunately I can't reproduce the problem so I have no idea how to fix it. A bug fix is welcome. I suggest that after installing the add-on you create a new note (and card) that you review and then try to delete it. If you don't see a pop-up this add-on will not work for you. In this case uninstall it.

As add-ons are programs downloaded from the internet, they are potentially malicious. You should only download add-ons you trust.

Anki Version 2.1.10 (22d6feed) Qt 5.12.1 PyQt 5.11.3 on Linux

I updated Anki to 2.1.11 (3cf770c7), created new profile and disabled all other add-ons and no success. Let's wait for more feedback.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce the problem. I just tried on Linux with the same version you use: "Version 2.1.10 (22d6feed) Qt 5.12.1 PyQt 5.11.3", originally downloaded from https://apps.ankiweb.net. I made a new profile. I have only the add-on "confirm deletion" installed. Every time I try press "ctrl+del" I get a pop-up dialog. This add-on also works for me in my usual anki setup with many add-ons in Linux.

Try without other add-ons to rule out an interference (disable them temporarily from the add-ons dialog and restart). Does this help? If this helps you could enable one add-on after another and post the name of the conflicting add-on. I assume that using the most recent version 2.1.11 doesn't make a difference?
