Very useful ! Thanks !
(I've just kept the HanZi, PinYin, and Meaning fields [& corrected the field labels], and discarded the rest - as my own main goal is to learn to read)

As it stands I think this is a risky resource for learners who might pick up the non-standard or incorrect grammar featured.
I want to like it so badly, but it will acclimate users to a lot of messy or incorrect grammar. I ran a number of the cards by my Chinese professor and her look of confusion and disgust said it all. She says she cannot recommend a resource that did so little quality control, so I've retired my download of it.
If the creator goes through the resource and finds the originating deck for the sentences with incorrect grammar and either makes it into a sub deck characterized as atypical use (because it's valuable to learn how to understand imperfectly expressed ideas) or else removed them entirely, I'd definitely change my rating.

Thanks so much for this behemoth!

Very good job. Thank you so much.

This deck is excellent! Is there any way to change the settings so that I only see the English first instead of English and Pinyin first, so that I can really try to build the sentences on my own?

Yes, you'd have to edit the card type. I believe it uses HTML. Go to edit the Recognition card type. On front template replace with this:
<div class=tags>{{Deck}} {{#Tags}} -- {{/Tags}}{{Tags}}</div>
<div>{{Pinyin}}</div>
<div>{{Silhouette}}</div>
<div class=hint>{{hint_transcription:Meaning}}</div>

和、喝、吃
「和 is huò, 喝 is hè not hē, and 吃 is jí 」
Actually, those pinyin are also correct, because those words have multiple pronunciations.
Just go and check your dictionary for those phrases:
攪和
喝斥
口吃

Everything is machine-based text-to-speech
I only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 simply because of the sheer number of sentences. Otherwise, the machine speech is not very helpful and the data itself is loaded in to the wrong fields (the 'meaning' field has the pinyin, vice versa).

Imperfect, but what I need
I recently started using this deck. I really like that the sentences are separated by HSK level, which is the type of deck that I need. The sentences are not the dumbed down sentences from out of a language learning book, which is awesome. There were a couple of times when I see a sentence where I'm thinking it doesn't make sense, I then ask my girlfriend if it makes sense, and she says yes. The vocabulary used is the right HSK level, but the sentence itself can be way weirder, which is awesome, and, again, exactly what I need.
I do have two issues with the deck: first, pinyin is wrong sometimes. Like 和 is huò, 喝 is hè not hē, and 吃 is jí for some reason. I'm hoping I can work around the incorrect pinyin (the Google TTS is correct from what I can tell). Also, the translation from Chinese to English is super weird and sometimes a bit misleading. Funny though.
