FULLER SCREEN: hide top toolbar in reviewer

<10kB. Updated 2019-04-04. Only supports Anki 2.1.x.

This add-on hides the top toolbar during review of cards. It helps save screen space. Press D to return to the main menu. For an add-on that hides the bottom toolbar too (the answer buttons, partially hidden or even completely), see here: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1999609504 CREDIT ================================================= Credit: Original code by Steve AW. Edited by Joseph Yasmeh to port to Anki 2.1.

I use "No distractions full screen…" and I don't want to change right now, but I give you thumbs up.

Excellent. Thank you very much. One detail: you may want to amend your title – it should probably read “Hide *Top* Toolbar…”.

I'm upvoting to counter the downvote from the first reviewer. This person wrote: " What's the difference between your add-on and this one https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1590626921 ?".

If you try out these add-ons you see that there is a small difference that might even matter to some people.

If you really care about the difference between two add-ons try it out for yourself. I don't think that add-on authors should have to explain the differences to every similar add-on. We should be grateful to people who share add-ons instead of downvoting for petty reasons.
