Awesome! Thanks! <3 =)

Extremely convenient if you have text files of your reading material
If you happen to read (or can easily convert your material to) plain text files, this plugin is golden.
Sadly the formatting of the Reading field is not identical with the kanji-with-furigana generated by the Japanese Support plugin, so you will probably have to make a new Note Type for Yomichan-generated facts if you based your Card Types on that.

If only I found this sooner!
A great addon for anki, which gives an added dimension to the program. I used to do the same thing manually but now that the word searching and adding process is automated, that means more time for actual study!

An unprecedented treasure of an app
I now finally made Yomichan read my .txt files. For those of you who have problems: Make sure the your file is a pure .txt file, either UTF-8, UTF-16 or shiftjis. Then make sure to enable word-wrap!
This addon is absolutely amazing, easily the most useful of all addons here! I highly recommend it to anyone who want to start reading Japanese litterature.

Could be perfect...
I do love Yomichan, it makes my Japanese learning much easier. I have issues with the readings in the Japanese decks, but I always work around that. Starting today it won't load my saved Notepad file where I generally paste (and save) the words to put in Yomichan, I've tried saving over and over again, renaming the file, creating another file, everything to the same result. Is this a known issue, or is it just me?

Integral
I've become so dependent on this addon that I delayed upgrading to Anki 2 until it was available. I can't even imagine the amount of time it has saved me in the year or so I've been using it. Thank you very much for making this!
The only suggestion I can think of to make this the perfect addon would be that if there was some way to also download the audio (from Jim Breen's site) for the word you are adding to your deck. Currently this has to be done separately through another addon and can be quite time consuming.
